Soft Serve is proud to present One’s Place, Lucy Christiana’s first solo exhibition. Part-exhibition, part-participatory performance, One’s Place is an invitation to revisit one of the basic units by which we comprehend and analyze our world: numbers, their manipulation and multiplication. In a series of engagements, Lucy will teach the audience, just as they do in the classroom during their day job as a third grade teacher at a school in Manhattan, to develop their “number sense,” to “skip count” and, finally, to multiply.
